A 'Honesuki' boning / utility knife from butcher's speciality knife series by Masahiro. Masahiro is a company located in Seki City, Gifu Japan and the series are widely used by butchers / meat specialised restaurant chefs in Japan.
- The blade is single edged and is designed for right-handed users.
- The blade is of carbon steel. Wash immediately after use and wipe down to prevent rust.
- Not recommended to use dishwasher.
- It doesn't come in a box. It will be wrapped by a rust prevention paper and bubble wrap.
